We reserve the right to not print anything we deem as vulgar, hate speech, or offensive language.
Most event wristband orders arrive within 6 business days from when the order was placed. If order is delayed because of a declined payment or because customer decides to make another change, that will may push back the arrival date. If we do miss an arrival date and it is our fault, then we will refund your rush shipping.
If the shipment is going somewhere outside the USA, note that there are generally customs fees and taxes that the customer is responsible to pay. We do not collect those at order time because we have no control over them nor do we know how much they will be as they vary by country.
We accept most credit cards. We utilize a secure website and process all credit card authorizations with the reputable Authorize.net so your credit card is always encrypted and protected. Employees are not able to see credit card information since it is encrypted.
For US government institutions, we also accept Purchase Orders and checks. When paying by check, please include the PO number and order number.
If your order is delayed because of a declined card or because you need to change your art or any other customer-imposed reason, your order will be delayed accordingly.
We do not share or sell your personal information or email with anyone unless necessary for collections if a customer has not paid.
Our wristbands are not a toy and should only be worn on the wrist.
Since our products are custom, we do not offer returns or refunds due to any preference-based factor such as font or color choice. We do offer a quality guarantee and will offer refunds or replacements when there is an issue with quality, workmanship, or an error in order entry.
